The Leadership Reset is a documentary-style film created for Workhuman’s Spotlight series, bringing together industry experts and real-world perspectives for HR leaders. Hosted by journalist Kara Miller, the film explored what happens when leaders lose visibility into their teams and how organizations can navigate uncertainty and build systems that help people lead more effectively. Featuring professor Amy Edmondson, chef Joanne Chang, Dr. Syra Madad, along with Workman experts Keyanna Schmiedl and Meisha-Ann Martin, the story connected research and lived experience around recognition, leadership, and organizational resilience.

Inspired by investigative documentaries and academic publications, we expanded Workhuman’s traditional brand expression into a more elevated, editorial identity rooted in clean layouts and cinematic imagery.
